1. Seller Identity

Ted&Co is a brand operated by a company currently being incorporated under French law, with its future registered office at 100 rue Saint-Dominique, 75007 Paris. The company incorporation process is underway and will be finalized shortly.
Until then, all legal and operational responsibility is held by its founder:
Chloé Duffaut, acting on behalf of the future company.

2. Products

Ted&Co sells interactive plush toys equipped with embedded artificial intelligence that is fully local, screen-free, and cloud-free — designed to safely, playfully, and educationally accompany children.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
The launch price is €99 per plush.
An optional €10/month subscription gives access to regular updates and up to 2,000 interactions per month.
The TedCare enhanced protection service is available for €60/year.

4. Orders

Orders can only be placed through the website www.tedco.ai.
An order is considered final upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payments are made online by credit card via a secure platform.
Currently, we do not offer installment or deferred payments.

6. Delivery

Covered Areas: Deliveries are available in mainland France and several international zones (see FAQ for details).
Pre-orders: Plush toys are available for pre-order with an estimated delivery date of October 2025, subject to changes due to production or logistics. This is clearly stated on the product page.
Timelines and Fees: Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after production and shipping costs is calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the return meets the conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. Warranty

Legal Warranty: Ted&Co products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and a warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Warranty Exclusions
Not covered by the warranty:
- Damage due to improper or non-compliant use (e.g., plush immersed in water, exposed to heat, disassembled, or modified)
- Damage caused by falls or impact
- Any attempt to repair or modify the product by an unauthorized person

9. TedCare – Peace of Mind Guarantee

By subscribing to TedCare (€60/year), customers receive enhanced protection for one year, including:
- 1 free plush replacement in case of accidental damage, no proof required
- Priority access to customer service
- Valid once per plush, excluding theft or loss

TedCare is non-refundable after subscription, except under the legal right of withdrawal.

10. Liability

Ted&Co cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the product, including potential data loss.
The plush toy must be used under adult supervision.
Ted&Co disclaims responsibility for misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Ted&Co’s registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
